Western States Fire Protection has the best staff in the industry because we invest in our employees by providing continued fire sprinkler system training.

The Western States Fire Protection design center was started in September 2005. It consisted of two students, computers, folding tables and practical office chairs.

The Design Center's purpose is to create quality designers.

We continue to refine the strong aspects of the program and eliminate the weak elements, to ensure a comprehensive training program that will produce quality designers.

A unique "on the job training" experience is the heart of the Design Center program, providing real life design experience. It is critical to the smooth transition of students into successful designers after training.

Trainees begin the production of work around the end of the third month of training. This production is a vital way that the Design Center gives back to the branch offices. After being placed in a branch office, the trainees continue learning as they are trained in project management.
